Our sales staff responded quickly. After understanding the customer’s needs, SEVENCRANE made a quotation on the same day and answered the customer’s inquiries about the specifications and parameters.

The crane end beam inquired by the customer is an important part for crane support and travel. The end beam is equipped with wheels and motors to support the main beam to run on the track. The customer hopes to purchase the end beam from us and design the main beam for installation. After understanding the customer’s needs, we recommended our standard model and made a quotation for the customer according to the span and lifting weight of the customer’s main beam. After receiving our quotation, the customer reviewed our quotation. We also sent some photos of products for customers’ reference. The customer was quite satisfied with our quotation and reference photos, but delayed the purchase. Because they were not ready to buy.

About two weeks later, the customer asked us to quote again. In addition to the end beam, the crane slide wire and electrical components shall also be added. We made a quotation according to the customer’s requirements. After receiving the quotation, the customer immediately asked us to send the proforma invoice to them, and completed the advance payment two days later.

After receiving the payment from the customer, we quickly arranged the production. Because the production efficiency was very low in hot days. In order to ensure that the crane end beam can be completed on time, our workers adjusted their working hours. Took a rest in the hot afternoon, carried out production in the evening, and finally completed production soon. After production, we immediately packed the goods and sent the photos to the customer.
